13-4 Heat AF-50

HIGH ARC FLASH - UNIQUE DESIGN - FLAME RESISTANT

13-4 Heat AF-50 is an arc-rated glove for extreme arc-flash risks, where sudden energy release can create an electrical explosion around switchgear, breakers, panels, or high-voltage systems. It has an ASTM F2675 ATPV rating of 59 cal/cm² on the back of hand and 42 cal/cm² on the palm, with Box Test ARC2 and NFPA 70E Category 4 performance. Flame-resistant, non-melting materials are designed to self-extinguish and resist ignition, while EN388 cut level D / ANSI A4 cut resistance supports demanding work involving sparks, heat, flame, and sharp edges.

  • Extreme Arc Flash protection (>40 Cal)
  • Suitable for toughest working conditions with high risk of spark, heat and flame risks
  • High performance in cut resistance
  • NFPA 70E Category 4
  • EN 61482-1-2 Modified by Aitex (Box Test) = ARC2
  • ASTM F2675 ATPV = 59 cal/cm² Back of Hand
  • ASTM F2675 ATPV = 42 cal/cm² Palm
